Philip is the Strategic Partnerships and Recruitment Coordinator for The Graduate School. He works closely with academic departments to establish and maintain partnerships with corporations, government agencies and other universities. Phillip also works on graduate student recruitment, attending grad fairs and organizing school visits.

Phillip joined GSU in 2021 as a Coordinator of Online Programs and has 16 years of higher education experience primarily focused on online education and student support.  He holds a Master's in Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University.
